Return Policy

All new and used units sold with a warranty are allowed a 90 day period in which you can exchange them for full the purchase price (less any shipping charges) towards any other unit we have in stock. Closeout items and demo models are excluded from this policy, though we will honor the factory warranty. Any unit sold "As Is" is not entitled to the 90-day trade back policy. Any unit which proves to be defective within ten days of delivery can be exchanged for the same model. In the event a replacement unit is not available, we will then refund the purchase price. Saturday Audio will pay the shipping costs for replacement merchandise. Any non-defective merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, with the buyer paying all shipping charges. Please email or call us at 1-800-970-HIFI (4434) for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number on the shipping label.

All new merchandise must be in its original carton with all of the manufacturers included accessories. Missing accessories will result in the credit amount being reduced by the replacement cost of these items. Pre owned equipment must be repacked exactly as it was packaged when it was originally shipped to you; all packing materials intact, double boxed, etc., in order to avoid shipping damage. New or pre-owned items initially returned as defective, where the defect cannot be verified, will incur a 15% restocking charge.
