M2 Direct Digital Amplifier

The NAD M2 Direct Digital Amplifier represents a new level of amplifier
performance. Combining the ultra low distortion and noise levels of the
finest linear Class A and Class AB amplifiers with the efficiency and
streamlined signal path of the digital amplifier, the M2 is the first
implementation of a new amplifier technology called Direct Digital
Feedback. Co-developed with UK based Diodes Zetex Semiconductor, and
using a unique implementation of their patented DDFA architecture, the
M2 redefines what is possible with digital amplifier technology.
The M2 Direct Digital Amplifier represents the culmination of a decade
long NAD research project, capped by three years of intense development.
The result fully justifies the investment. We believe that the M2 sets
new benchmarks for both measured performance and subjective musical
quality.

M25 7-Channel Amplifier; 160w x 7

Power is a critical component to sound quality. The
demand placed on amplifiers by today's elaborate home
theater systems requires additional headroom so that
they reproduce clean sound free from the distortion of a
taxed amplifier. Fortunately for the M25, at 160-watts
per channel, it is one of the most powerful amplifiers
built today. It's one of the cleanest amplifiers with a
rated distortion of 0.03 (All channels driven
simultaneously, from 20Hz to 20kHz.) The M25 easily
exceeds THX's most stringent certification level, Ultra
2.
Unlike most receivers and amplifiers, the M25 can
deliver its full-rated power, free from distortion for
hours on end. Custom designed heat sinks and temperature
regulated, variable speed cooling fans work to keep the
M25 running cool under the most severe operating
conditions.
The M25 is actually made up of seven individual mono
block amplifiers with each channel using a balanced
junction FET input stage to eliminate cross-talk,
resulting in exceptionally low levels of noise and
distortion. Additionally, NAD employs a unique
electronic ground isolation circuit to prevent ground
loop noise in the system-a common problem with many
complex multi-channel systems.
NAD's proprietary PowerDrive circuitry measures each
channel's dynamic impedance individually and computes
the optimum power supply voltage required to drive the
output stage for maximum power and efficiency.

Synchrony One
The Synchrony One Tower is a full-range reproducer
capable of delivering the most technically refined and
demanding music and film recordings available with
unexcelled realism and tonal, spatial, and dynamic
accuracy.
“According to my value system for loudspeakers —
honest octave-to-octave balance, precise imaging,
expansive spatial accuracy, freedom from dynamic
compression, and absence of coloration — PSB's
Synchronys are among the best loudspeakers I've
auditioned in my studio in several years. You could
easily spend substantially more and do no better, or not
as well. Synchrony was definitely worth the wait." Dan
Kumin, Sound & Vision, November 2007

Synchrony One B

The Synchrony One B, a 6.5-inch two-way, employs the Synchrony
high-linearity titanium-dome tweeter and dual-laminate-weave woofers,
The Synchrony One B is excellently suited for use with a
high-performance subwoofer such as PSB’s own ultra-compact HD models,
yet is fully capable of serious music reproduction on its own: the One B
delivers useful output to a remarkable 40 Hz. Though more compact (and
more affordable) than the tower Synchrony models, the “B” is
astonishingly close in sound (within their operating ranges), to its
larger floor standing siblings.
|

Synchrony S Surround

The Synchrony S offers exceptionally high performance with a broad
range of wiring and placement options. For example, this Tri-mode
Surround™ design allows for easy bipole or dipole wiring and placement.
In addition, it offers the possibility of using one pair of surrounds
for 6.1/7.1 systems by wiring the forward firing baffles for the side
surround channels and the rear firing baffles for the rear center
surrounds.
“The Synchrony S surround speakers were equally adept…I heard very
nearly zero discontinuity from center to fronts to surrounds, which
approaches the finest performance I've encountered.” Dan Kumin,
Sound & Vision, November 2007

Synchrony Two

The Synchrony Two Tower is a full-range reproducer capable of
delivering the most technically refined and demanding music and film
recordings available with unexcelled realism and tonal, spatial, and
dynamic accuracy. The Synchrony Two is similar in its overall design to
the Synchrony One Towers however its narrower, smaller footprint is
ideal for more intimate settings, with performance very nearly matching
the Synchrony One.
“Actually you don’t just begin playing the Synchrony Two in the
conventional sense. More accurately you ignite it! - the starter’s flag
flies and it roars towards the first turn and it doesn’t look back."
Neil Gader, The Absolute Sound, December 2007

Imagine T Tower
The Imagine T Loudspeaker is destined to become the standard of value
among audio and home-theater fans for whom real-world sonic performance
is the benchmark of excellence. The Imagine T Loudspeaker is one of four
new models from PSB Speakers. Compound-curved on every vertical face,
and outstanding sonic performance makes this speaker (and the Imagine
Series in general) a real "Class Leader" |

Imagine B Bookshelf

The Imagine B Bookshelf Loudspeaker is the little brother to the
Imagine T, although not so little when it comes to the detail this
speaker can bring out of your favorite music. Not only is this speaker
an amazing performer, it has the looks to back it up. Every vertical
face of the Imagine B is elegantly curved to make this speaker - and by
extension the whole Imagine lineup - some of the best looking speakers
you will ever see.
